Data backup and recovery

Keep your organization running when the unexpected happens.

Hardware fails, files get deleted and ransomware locks up systems. When it happens, what matters is how quickly you can get back to work.

Reality Bytes provides automated backups, secure storage and rapid recovery options. We monitor backups so failures are caught, and test that your data can actually be restored.

Data backup and recovery FAQs

What is the 3-2-1 backup rule?

Keep three copies of your data, on two different types of storage, with one copy off site.

Isn’t Microsoft 365 already backed up?

Microsoft keeps its service running, but deleted or overwritten data can still be lost. A separate backup protects you.

How do we know backups will work?

We monitor every backup and run test restores so problems are found before you need the data.
